Class Description

45 Minute Express Yoga

45 minutes of a Power Yoga Flow! Getting into the body, building upon strength and flexibility- all in 45 minutes. This class will include core work, strengthening, and stretching those muscles! Enjoy this fun twist on Yoga and Fitness - meeting on the mat!

Flexibility

​Using the Gravity Yoga method, we will work deeply into the soft tissues practiced with calm breath; increasing flexibility through deep stretches. This is intense, measured flexibility training that targets specific areas of the body, and you’ll immediately feel the difference. All levels welcome.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga emphasizes stretching, coordination of breath with movement and attention to alignment. The class is designed to create breath awareness, enhance balance, and increase flexibility. Some yoga flow movement is incorporated into the class. De-stress and Relax. Suitable for all levels.

Stretch & Destress

A perfect class to end the day; class begins with a breath exercise to calm the mind and prepare to release stress. This seated practice uses stretching to promote flexibility and release muscle tension. Traditional yoga flow is not part of this class. Students can experience meditative benefits and peace of mind.

Flow - All Levels Yoga

A traditional yoga class that will emphasize alignment, breath and technique. Instructors will offer modifications for beginner to advanced students. Classes include traditional yoga asanas such as Warrior 1, Warrior 2 & Chair pose, plus more advanced balances & binds. This class promotes strength, balance, flexibility, and stress reduction.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is a 45 minute high energy, yoga-inspired, sculpting workout that will strengthen and lengthen every muscle in your body. This practice incorporates hand weights, cardio bursts and signature yoga postures.
